-Eligibility for the Gift Card To receive a gift card, you must purchase any of the eligible products during our Christmas event. Each gift card can be used only once and may be combined with other discounts or coupons. -Non-receipt of Gift Card Email If you do not receive the gift card email, please contact our customer support team for assistance in locating and processing your gift card. -Gift Card Expiry The gift card is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed after the expiry date. -Returns and Gift Card Cancellation If you return an order that qualified for a gift card, the gift card will be rendered invalid. If the gift card has already been used, the related deduction will be canceled, and the order will be refunded according to the standard process. -Earning Multiple Gift Cards You will receive one gift card for each eligible order. The more qualifying purchases you make, the more gift cards you can earn.
