Outstanding customer service and support
I've been a loyal customer of Waterdrop for years and have always appreciated the quality of their products. I
purchased the G3P800 several years ago. It was very easy to install and doesn’t take up much space under the
sink — a big plus. Over time, I changed the filters as needed, but one day I noticed that the blue light on
the faucet stopped lighting up. Although the unit was still functioning, it wasn’t performing like it used to.
I contacted Waterdrop customer service and was assisted by Doreen Wang. After exchanging a few emails, she
helped me troubleshoot the issue. She first sent me a replacement faucet, and when the flow rate remained
slow, she continued working with me to find the root cause. Eventually, she arranged for a replacement RO
filter, which solved the problem completely — the unit is now working like new again. Outstanding customer
service and support. Thank you, Doreen, and the Waterdrop team!

Excellent RO system
I researched several water filtration RO systems before purchasing the Waterdrop X12. The quality, taste, and
pressure of the water from the kitchen tap and from the refrigerator are perfect. I would recommend this to
people looking for a tankless RO system. I'd also like to mention that the customer service representative,
Harper, was quite prompt in helping me out. I appreciate their customer service.

My well water, which tasted awful, is now so tasty
I ordered the Waterdrop G3P800 Alkaline Reverse Osmosis System. It arrived quickly and the set up was really
easy. My well water, which tasted awful, is now so tasty. My coffee, tea, even the food I boil, tastes so much
better. My package was missing the remineralizer so I sent an email. Customer service responded quickly(even
on the weekend), and sent it right away. They kept in touch to let me know the tracking number and made sure
everything else was OK. Great to see customer service was such a priority. This system has been a game changer
for me. I've been using it for a week now and had drank more water than ever!

Excellent product for clean, safe water+customer service
I have been using the Waterdrop Multi-Stage Undersink filter and absolutely love it. I live in Miami,
notorious for high levels of PFAS and contaminants, and I also live in apartments with have less control over
my entire unit’s water filtration. Being able to fit a certified and highly reliable filter under my sink is
so cool, and I feel much safer with the water in my apartment! The filter system couldn’t be easier to install
and uninstall, same with replacing the filters. Also, customer service is very quick, friendly and
knowledgeable. They also show appreciation for their customers, which never gets old :) thank you Waterdrop! I
highly recommend your products, 5 stars all around.

We ordered a few things from Waterdrop, and everything arrived very quickly. There was a small mistake with
the colour of one faucet, but the customer service reacted immediately. Siki handled our request with great
professionalism and friendliness, solved the issue perfectly, and made the whole process absolutely
